Arterial Roadway improvement project Kansas City, Missouri northland area. Tiffany Springs Road is designated as a four lane arterial road on transportation and roadway master plans. Many sections of the road were 2 lane unimproved rural roads. To handle traffic in the growing areas near Interstate 29 and the KCI Airport several major roadway improvements and upgrades were undertaken by the KCI TIF.

Project services include:

Survey, roadway design, storm sewer design, water main design, right of way documents, utility relocations, construction staking and control.
