Working with the RED Development Team as owner/developer in partnership with the City of Blue Springs and the Blue Springs Economic Development Corporation; Lutjen Inc. was fortunate enough to work with a number of different groups and individuals assisting in a number of capacities including:

Along with significant infrastructure improvements including major upgrades to the Adams Dairy Parkway/I-70 intersection, widening of Adams Dairy Parkway, and the complete reconstruction of two access roads into the Missouri Innovation Park, Coronado Road and RD Mize Road, the Adams Landing project is currently and will ultimately change the landscape along the Adams Dairy Parkway corridor.  Initiated in the late fall of 2006, the project is currently under construction with completion of all roadway improvements and site improvements schedule for this summer, with openings set for this fall.
