Adams Dairy Landing is a 62 acre Commercial Lifestyle Center located at the intersection of I-70 and Adams Dairy Parkway immediately adjacent to and contiguous with the planned Missouri Innovation Park. This development combined the energy of a large scale anchor tenant mix typically found at a regional complex with elements and intimacy of a lifestyle center as a unique and one-of-a-kind retail destination within the City of Blue Springs. Working with the different local and state agencies and departments within the City of Blue Springs, RED Development as owner/developer was able to bring over 500,000 square feet of planned retail development and $30M in adjacent infrastructure and site improvements to this high profile corner. This will not only enhance the opportunities and choices for the citizens of Blue Springs, but also set the stage for increased revenues for the city through new sales tax and property tax increases for years to come.
